The staff were eager to help, no complaint. Our room was air-conditioned and perfect with a good view of the surrounding and the buffet breakfast offered has variety of dishes. The hotel was centrally located and had reasonable prices.

Everything was perfect, including diligent staff and ideal location close to a restaurant strip which was great. It was centrally located for Costanera Center. Good food in the rooftop restaurant in the vicinity.

Unbeatable location, contemporary decor. I loved the room, the bed was large. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was nice! Smooth check in and in general impeccable service. A glamorous hotel in Santiago.
The breakfast they served was poor, hope one day it will be better.

My experience at this quiet hotel was fabulous. The decor was functional, staff was excellent co-operating, and the place was clean. There was variety of cheap options for American breakfast. And it also had exceptionally good view. Very central location, it was in a great area.

Reasonable location near a tube station, free breakfast. Standard queen room was attractive, the beds were soft. I appreciated all the facilities and the particularly good view. There were a convenience shop and a market around the hotel👌

Nice hot breakfast, competent staff, I loved TOP location. The rooms were gorgeous and the beds were comfortable enough. Really friendly hotel centrally located in the city. I visited Poke Bar so close to the venue for a few drinks.
